If you are not 100% satisfied with the starter kit you purchased you can return it within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the starter kit you purchased and wish to send it back for a refund, simply give us a call at (888) 782-0167 or enter a ticket using our CRM system and we will assist you in returning the product for a refund. Returned products must delivered to our office within 30 days of the date you received the product. We recommend you ship the product back to us with tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in the shipping process and can't issue refunds for products you ship back to us that are lost by the shipper you shipped by.
Please note that due to health regulations unsealed or opened cartridges and all eLiquid’s are not refundable. Atomizers and cartomizers purchased separately from a starter kit are not refundable after being used as they have a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. If an atomizer or cartomizer fails within 48 hours of receiving them we will replace them free of charge.
