We know how much you want to get your hands on your new AquaVaporCig Electronic Cigarette and/or Accessories so we do our best to ship all orders the same day or next business day. Since USPS does not ship on Sunday and our local post office is closed on Saturday, orders placed after noon on Friday and during the weekend or holidays will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day. Get your weekend orders in as early as possible so yours will be in the first batch out on Monday.

Below are our shipping rates for orders under $50. We have flat rates based on the total amount of your order and shipping will never be over $5.00 unless you upgrade to Priority or Express Service or you are a wholesale customer. Express Next Day Service is $30.00. For Express Next Day Service please contact us to confirm the service is available to your address.

The above table shows the shipping costs for orders between specific dollar amounts.
For example, if your order is $29.95 the shipping cost will be $5.00 because it falls between the $25.00 and $49.99 range

All shipments will be issued a tracking number for your convenience and if you create an account with us that includes your valid email address, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number that you can click on right from the email to track your order. You can also login to your account from the My Account link our site to see your order history and track the shipping right from your account page. At this time our products can only be shipped to USA and APO addresses. In the event a package cannot be delivered for any reason to the address provided by the customer at the time of order and the package is subsequently lost, stolen or returned to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

If, for whatever reason, you experience shipping issues, please contact your local post office or USPS.com as we have no control over your package once it leaves our facility.  If your package is lost or stolen during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local post office.  We are not responsible for unexpected delays in delivery and cannot provide additional assistance in getting your package to you sooner.
If you're running low on supplies and need your order shipped using a quicker service but don't want to spend $30 for Express Next Day Service please contact us and we'll work with you to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The last thing we want is for you to run out of supplies!
