We offer a 30 Day Warranty on Defective Merchandise
We rarely have issues with product quality due to extensive testing performed by the manufacturer as well as our staff to ensure the products we sell are of the highest quality. In the rare event your device has an issue, AquaVapor LLC will exchange any defective atomizers, batteries or electrical items purchased within 30 days.
This warranty / return policy does not cover e-liquids, cartridges, cartomizers, or atomizers. Atomizers and cartomizers have a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge if you notify us within 2 days of receiving shipment. All purchases of e-liquids and cartridges are final, we can not accept returns or exchanges for e-liquids and cartridges.
We require defective items to be sent back to address below for testing before a replacement is sent. Once we receive the product from you and determine the failure is due to a defect we'll issue you a gift certificate for reasonable shipping costs you paid in shipping that can be used against your next purchase. Or if you would prefer we can issue a refund for the shipping cost to the card you used to make your purchase. Please do not ship express mail as we will only be able to refund for standard shipping.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order from the CRM link on your order or by using the contact form on the Contact Us page. To access your order and the CRM link you will need to login to your account and select the order associated with the defective mechandise. If you did not create an account when you purchased you can contact us at the number below or email us at sales@aquavaporcig.com. For exchanges, all merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging. We do not refund for open cartridge packs, any e-Liquid's, or shipping cost for your order. If you return a starter kit for a refund please do not return open cartridge packs (only return full unopened packs of 5) or liquid. Your refund will be calculated once we receive your package and we'll contact you with the refund total. A restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from your refund total.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Returned mechandise should be packed carefully, it's best to wrap the parts in bubble wrap or a paper towel and tape then send in a USPS mailing folder. Include a note with your order number (or a copy of your order) and your CRM number inside package. We recommend returns be shipped with a tracking number to enable you to confirm we received the shipment.
Battery failures caused by but not limited to; liquid in battery due to over filling cartridges/cartomizers, electrical shorts due to not keeping the thread connectors on atomizers and battery clean and dry, and/or battery failure due to charging before batteries are dead or charging in PCC while PCC is plugged into AC adapter will not be covered under warranty. We test all products to ensure the failure was due to a manufacturer defect and not mis-use of the product. Once we determine the failure is due to a manufacturer defect will will replace the product.
